Returns & Refunds

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and the importance of maintaining product authenticity, condition and presentation, sales are generally considered final once the correct product has been delivered or transferred to the customer in satisfactory condition.

2. Change of Mind

JJ Luxury Style does not generally accept returns or provide refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer prefers the fragrance, or decides they no longer want a correctly supplied product.

We encourage customers to ask questions before completing a purchase if they are unsure about a particular perfume.

3. Opened or Used Fragrances

Fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, used, altered or damaged after delivery generally cannot be returned for reasons unrelated to a defect or an error with the original order.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact JJ Luxury Style promptly and provide information about the issue.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping container or other information necessary to review the claim.

When a claim is verified, an appropriate remedy may include replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Shipping Damage

If an order arrives visibly damaged, please keep the product and original packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can review the shipment.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be returned through an appropriate method based on how the original transaction was completed.

Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution involved.

7. Delivery and Shipping Charges

Delivery or shipping charges may not be refundable when the service has already been performed, except when a refund is required because of an error attributable to JJ Luxury Style or as otherwise required by law.

8. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights that may apply to defective merchandise.

9. Requesting Assistance
